Guidelines for Abstract Submission

- Free paper presentation – for postgraduate students
- Free poster presentation – for postgraduate students
- Free paper presentation – for consultants below 40 years of age
- Free poster presentation – for consultants below 40 years of age
Eligibility criteria
- Registration for state conference is mandatory.
- ISA membership is mandatory.
- Postgraduate students and Young Anaesthesiologists below 40years of age can participate.
- Along with the abstract, the postgraduates need to submit a letter from HOD permitting them to present the particular presentation.
- The abstract must be original and should not have been published elsewhere earlier.

- Please select the category in which you are uploading your abstract.
- The first author should be the presenting author
- The abstract should be submitted in the prescribed format after registering for the conference.
- Abstracts should not have been published or accepted for publication in any journal or have been presented at any conference as on the presenting date in the meeting.
- Abstracts stating “data will be discussed in the presentation” will not be accepted (Only completed studies will be accepted)
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and the committee will decide to allow the presentation at the conference.
- The acceptance of the paper for presentation will be communicated to the first author through the registered mail.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
- If an abstract is found to be plagiarized, it will be excluded from presentation category.
- A preliminary online presentation will be held one month before the conference and only shortlisted candidates will be eligible for podium presentation during the conference. However, all participants will receive certificates.
- Upload the file in Times New Roman in font size 12 in Microsoft word format only.
- Each delegate is permitted to submit only one abstract for free Paper Presentation and one abstract for free poster Presentation.
- Last date for submission of abstract: 15-07-2025
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Rights of acceptance / rejection rest with scientific committee.
